Seasonal Slip Rates:

45' Slips	60' Slips	Vessels larger than 60'
$4,650	$7,500	Contact us directly for pricing as certain variables may affect the rate charged.

• Currently there are a just few 45' and 60' seasonal slips available.  Slips are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  If, at the time you send us a reservation, all the seasonal slips are taken, we will place your name on a waiting list and advise you by phone or email.
  
  
• For the 2012 season, one 140' slip will be available. If you have interest in this slip, for either seasonal or transient use, please contact the Harbormaster at (231)620-0474.

General Notes About 2011 Seasonal Slips

I will provide 2010 slip-holders first option to have their slips from previous years, with very few exceptions. Please indicate if you want the same slip or desire a different slip. As long as your requested slip is available, you are free to make the change at any time during the season.
